COLUMN MINIDRYER

 THE DRYING COLUMN consists of an upper loading hopper, a number of modules with rounded ducts inside immersed in the cereal, a discharge hopper and a vertical auger (optional bucket elevator) which deal with loading, recirculation and discharge, and a hot air production unit.

The cereal drops down by gravity in a zigzag movement and is hit by a flow of hot dry air in counter-current which crosses the ducts and the cereal; the saturated air flow is dispersed in the atmosphere.

The quantity of cereal at the outlet is predetermined and regulated by an electrically motorized extractor.

The product collected in a hopper drops into a vertical auger (optional bucket elevator) which feeds the drying column as many times as necessary to reach the desired final humidity (recycle).

At the end of the drying, the cereal is cooled and sent to the outlet by means of a two-way valve installed on the recirculation auger (optional bucket elevator).

The hot air generation unit consists of: a two-stage burner controlled by thermoregulators, a stainless steel oven (optional heat exchanger), a fan and a duct for connection to the drying column.

L’essiccatoio a ciclo continuo con riutilizzo di calore a bruciatore unico ESMA è dotato di un quadro comandi con sistema PLC e pannello operatore touch screen, cioè di un sistema capace di azionare e controllare gestendo tutto il processo essiccante anche tramite remoto. Il pannello operatore nello specifico è un dispositivo progettato appositamente per il controllo del processo di essiccazione dei cereali in versione temperatura, che come optional può rilevare inoltre l’umidità.

E’ un sistema facilmente personalizzabile, particolarmente indicato per gli essiccatoi a ciclo continuo o a ricircolo con regolazione autonoma dello scarico.

CONTINUOUS CYCLE GRAIN DRYERS

The ESMA continuous cycle single–burner dryer with heat recovery is equipped with a switchboard with PLC and touch screen operator panel, that is a system for activation and control, also with remote management of the whole drying process. The operator panel in particular is a device specifically designed to control the drying process of cereals in the temperature version, and it can also sense and measure humidity as an optional feature.

This easily customizable system is particularly suitable for continuous cycle or air recirculating dryers with independent discharge regulation.

Зерносушилка ESMA непрерывного цикла с одной горелкой с рекуперацией тепла оснащена панелью управления с системой ПЛК и сенсорной панелью оператора, а именно системой, способной управлять и контролировать всем процессом сушки, втом числе и удаленно.

Панель оператора представляет собой устройство, специально разработанное для контроля температуры в процессе сушки зерновых, опционально она также может определять влажность.

Эта легко настраиваемая система особенно подходит для сушилок с непрерывным циклом или рециркуляционных сушилок с автономной регулировкой выхлопных газов. Существует возможность запросить онлайн-помощь через пк.

The ESMA continuous cycle dryer offers a double energy saving.

The first is achieved by recovery of the warm air flowing out of the cooling area and its conveyance to the fan and then to the burner, which allows an energy saving of about 30% compared to other plants.

Secondly, the optional thermal insulation in the form of an outer casing provides a further 10% or so energy saving. This thermal insulation system, already used in the ESMA cylindrical dryers, consists of an outer sheet metal panel which completely envelops the dryer to form a ventilated casing.
